How long is an e-bike hire?
You can hire for a day or a week — it’s up to you. Prices are shown on the hire page.
What time do day hires start and finish?
You must be at the shop by 10am and return the bikes by 4pm.
What equipment do you provide?
You will get your bike, helmet, lock and panniers.
Where can we go?
We provide an app with a number of routes. Our main route is 35 miles.
What happens when I arrive?
When you arrive we will give you information about the route you have chosen with basic facts and where to stop and what to do. We will then show you how to use an electric bike and you will test ride your bike to make sure that you are happy. After a fun photo as a memento, we then give you a safety brief and where in particular you should take care before you set off.
What happens if I get a puncture?
Good to know
Our e-bikes come with puncture proof tyres and are filled with sealant, however on the rare occasion you get a puncture just call the emergency number, which we will provide in your briefing upon arrival.
Will I run out of battery?
Unlikely — the e-bikes come with a 50 mile range battery and the route is only 35 miles.
Can I purchase an e-bike hire gift voucher?
