Article information about Error codes
Often an error code can be easily fixed, here are a few things to check.
1. is your bike display or LCD "talking" to the computer - (communication error is the most common error) - check the connectors
2. Is the motor "talking" to the computer. check the connectors
3. check the battery is in the right position, often we have found that due to user error the battery hasnt been mounted correctly.
If you have any issues always call us although its best if we can see the bike first.
