extremely helpful making the purchase of my electric bike pleasurable

Excellent company to deal with. We were looking for smaller and lighter folding ebikes than our old ones. They advised on the options and we made our choice which arrived a few days later. We were given a comprehensive run down of the bikes which were then loaded into the car boot for us. They also gave us a fair part exchange figure for each of our old bikes. Very pleased.

What a great day out for the 8 of us! We have hired electric bikes before and wanted to do it again. Marcus offered to be our guide which was great and meant we didn't get lost. We joined him on a vineyard tour and the two younger kids were towed on their tag a long bikes. Marcus sorted a flat easy route that my son loved as he didn't pedal once! definitely recommended.

We live close to Maidstone, but you feel like you are on holiday escaping to the beautiful Kent countryside. We had a lovely sunny family afternoon on electric bikes stopping at pubs. With one rusty cyclist, one with bad legs and a 3 1/2 year old this was only made possible with electric bikes. UK Electric Bike Centre went the extra mile' :) they were very friendly, equipping us with info, maps, advice, great value, great experience and even picked me and my daughter up as she got too tired on the tag-a-long bike! Will definitely use them again. Many thanks for making my family bike ride possible.

Marcus you are an absolute legend! The bikes turned up in the morning and we were given a quick guide how to use them and we were off! They can give you a boost while you pedal or (*as most of us were doing*) can just run without you pedaling. We were given a very handy map and 4 hours to see all that could be seen and it was amazing, the weather was perfect and the scenery was stunning, the roads were mainly flat so not to strenuous at all. We finished off at Bloomsbury Vineyard for wine tasting and back to camp, would most definitely love to do it again and would recommend to anyone in the area. Marcus was very easy to talk to and very helpful, having the bike delivered and setup was great and made my life a lot easier.

We had no idea of where to cycle from the UK electric bike centre. They provided maps and helped with not only beautiful routes but phoned ahead various pubs where we could recharge the batteries although we didnt need to. Helpful service and highly recommended.

Aftersurfing the net and reading all the reviews the Freego brand kept coming out on top of many “best sellers” and “best buys”,Freego have several bikes in their range to suit everyone’s need and budget. I found one such supplier ,ukelectricbike.co.uk and gave them a call, the chap I spoke to , Marcus, could not have been more helpful. From giving me a good price to loaning me a e-bike to delivering to my doorstep….and even a follow up service two months after delivery. I run a business myself and admire good salesmanship , coupled with great backup service and advice, Marcus is defiantly on too a winner.

We hired the bikes as part of a recent team off-site and had a brilliant time. Marcus and the team ensured they gave a full briefing beforehand and made sure we were comfortable before setting off. We went on a hen do and stayed in some cute shephard huts. We used the bikes to visit 2 vineyards which was such fun. The bikes were a wonderful way to get around even if you are not that fit. There are some big hills which would have been a nightmare on ordinary bikes. The sense of freedom was wonderful and it was one of the best days out this year. Highly recommended.

We hired the bikes for a company away day and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. The service from Marcus was brilliant, gave us all a very detailed but efficient training session and off we went. All of the bikes worked very well, no technical problems and it was the best way to explore the countryside. Would highly recommend hiring these bikes if you're planning for something to do whilst in the Biddenden.

Friendly and informative, well worth a visit.

With e-bikes becoming ever more popular and age and creaking knees catching up with me I decided to look at the possibility of jumping on the band wagon ( or e- bike ) !!! I am the wrong side of 40 ( 51 ) and have played cricket, hockey , morning running in fact consider myself an active sportsman all my life. Being also a keen cyclist with mountain bike , road bike and hybrid felt an e-bike might be “cheating” ? Let me assure all those out there considering the purchase, I have been using my Freego Eagle far more than I would have and still keeps me fit !!!

We had a great day ride from the the base near Staplehurst, covering 50 miles in a big loop via Goudhurst.  There are loads of quiet lanes, interesting villages and lovely scenery. The trick is to find a friendly pub who will recharge the batteries over a leisurely lunch!  The bikes were excellent, suiting 3 people of very different size and experience!  Marcus could not have been more helpful.  I really would recommend you give electric bikes a try.

It was a fantastic few hours for both of us moving from a relaxing pace to something slightly more urgent as I realised how the time had flown by. Thanks for your time and efforts and you may well be seeing us again for another bike ride

Me and my team had a great time cycling around. Since the bikes are electric, everyone can do it, even those who don't like/or are not used to cycle. There are several interesting things to visit Air Museum, Vineyards, Castle, beautiful farms, etc. Marcus was very helpful and professional.

When were first tried the Freego electric bike we were both very sceptical I mean they are for old people and you wont get any exercise? Well a weekend loan from UK Electric Bike convinced us otherwise. Day one we cycled 22 miles up hill and down dale. The following day we did a further 26 miles cycling to a village which had an open garden day.  Neither of us have cylcled that far in years!  The electric bikes were great in ironing out the hills and allowing you to travel further with ease, limited to 15MPH with electric assist we found it easy to achieve greater speed on the flat by pedaling normally and turning off the electric motor. and going up those steep hill became much easier with a little extra boost.  We have ordered two!"

We hired the bikes for a day to travel from Staplehurst train station to Sissinghurst Castle. Marcus was exceptionally helpful when I was arranging the hire. His daughter helped us on the day and was able to collect us from and return us to the station. The bikes are brand new and come with all the necessary equipment. Marcus provided us with a map with a choice of routes marked out. Using the bikes is really easy and although the surrounding countryside is pretty flat, it is nice to have to electric motor if you fancy taking a breather or on the slight rises. Sissinghurst is a brilliant place to visit - the house, gardens and estate are beautiful and well presented. With the electric bikes, it makes for a really great day trip from London (1hr on the train from Charing Cross and 45mins on the bike to Sissinghurst).

I am considering buying a electric cycle and went to see Marcus for advice, after extensive descussions I decided to hire a bike, oxygen, for 1/2 a day to test ride. What fun my wife and I had, Marcus gave us a route taking in some lovely country lanes and pub stops. Although I have not yet decided to purchase a bike yet , lots to think about, I would recommend anyone on holiday in kent to give Marcus's bike a go they are so easy to use and you be surprised as to how far you can go and not be out of breath.
